MANDEVILLE, LA — Ampirical is honored to announce that it has been recognized by | The Times-Picayune as a Top Workplace of 2017, marking the second year in a row that the company has been recognized with this distinction.

The Top Workplaces program is an annual award competition that ranks companies based on surveys of the people who know them best-the employees themselves. Conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm on organizational health and engagement, the program asks employees to confidentially rate their employers on a wide range of attributes, including company direction, employee happiness, and management relationships, just to name a few.

For the second straight year, high employee morale and satisfaction earned Ampirical a Top Workplace designation among organizations in seven parishes of Louisiana, including Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard, St. Tammany, St. Charles, St. John the Baptist and Plaquemines. The company’s employees cited a collaborative work environment, strong team culture, and significant opportunities for ongoing development and advancement as some of the top reasons they enjoy being part of the Ampirical team.
