Patrick “Pat” Endler, AIA, LEED-AP, is a collaborative leader focused on developing high-performing teams and people-focused design/construction solutions. He founded Endler Architecture and Collaboration in 2020 to not only practice architecture, but to also support other businesses with collaborative solutions for business operations, strategic planning, and culture.

Pat received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame. For 20 years he served a multi-disciplined, 160-person E/A firm. During that time, he elevated to Vice President and served on the Board of Directors during a significant, 10-year period of strategic growth and expansion.  He drove the firm’s High-Performance Culture to industry-leading benchmarks, including Mission and Consistency indices, through shared employee initiatives.  He served as Architect-of-Record for projects in the industrial, government, education, health care, and commercial sectors.
