COVINGTON, La. — Ampirical has been recognized as a 2026 Industry Leader by the National Safety Council (NSC), an honor given to just 26 organizations out of more than 13,000 members, the top 5% of companies and facilities that achieved the NSC’s 2026 Occupational Excellence Achievement Award.
The Occupational Excellence Achievement Award recognizes NSC member organizations that demonstrate outstanding safety performance, based on 2025 calendar year data. Within that group of honorees, Industry Leader status is awarded to the highest-performing companies within their NAICS code, based on the lowest total incident rates relative to employee work hours.
The recognition reflects Ampirical’s ongoing commitment to a strong safety culture across its project sites and workforce, even as the company continues to grow its national footprint in power delivery infrastructure.
“This recognition is a reflection of the culture we’ve built together, one where every employee takes ownership of safety, not because it’s required, but because it’s who we are,” said Ryan Gunther, Director of Safety at Ampirical. “Being named a 2026 Industry Leader by the National Safety Council validates the hard work our teams put in every day to protect one another, and it motivates us to keep raising the bar as we grow.”
Safety remains a core value at Ampirical, guiding how the company trains its workforce, manages its projects, and supports its employees in the field. This latest recognition from the National Safety Council reinforces that commitment and the tangible results it produces across the company’s operations.
As Ampirical continues to expand its capabilities and workforce to meet growing demand across the power delivery sector, it remains focused on ensuring that growth is matched by an unwavering commitment to the safety of its people.
