COVINGTON, La. —Ampirical has two additions to its finance leadership team: Pam Flucke, CPA, has been promoted to Chief Accounting Officer, and Guy Sirkes has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.
Flucke previously served as Ampirical’s Chief Financial Officer, where she played a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations and growth. In her new role as Chief Accounting Officer, she will continue to guide Ampirical’s accounting practices and financial reporting as the company expands.
Sirkes joins Ampirical as Chief Financial Officer, bringing experience in financial strategy and leadership to support the company’s continued growth. He will oversee Ampirical’s financial planning and operations moving forward.
Pam Flucke is a CPA and senior financial executive with over 30 years of experience, including over 14 years in the power utility industry. She began her career at Deloitte & Touche, leading audits across multiple industries and building expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and strategic data analysis. She has since held senior finance roles at Gulf Industries and Ampirical, where she became the company’s first Controller. At Ampirical, she helped to build the firm’s financial reporting and internal control framework from the ground up, led ERP implementations, expanded the accounting team fivefold, and now serves on the executive committee and as an advisor to the Board of Directors. She has been instrumental in scaling the company from 50 to over 700 employees, played a key role in its first private equity investment, and successfully integrating three acquisitions.
Guy Sirkes has joined Ampirical as our new Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Ampirical, Guy spent six years as Chief Financial Officer at Nine Energy Service, a Houston-based publicly traded oilfield service company. Earlier in his career, Guy built his skill set in investment banking with JPMorgan, with a focus on different verticals within the oil & gas sector. In his new role, Guy will help Ampirical continue to grow and manage Ampirical’s financial functions. Guy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematical Economic Analysis from Rice University.
